Today I have the pleasure of having Kari back on the blog. I adore her Fortune Teller Mystery series you can’t find a better mystery to read.
Today Kari is interview Granny lets see what they have to say.
Kari Lee Townsend interviews Granny Gert & Fiona Atwater
Kari: First off, let me just say…what in the world were you two thinking?
Granny: Ha! That’s the problem. She never thinks first. Just goes off half-cocked and does something foolish.
Fiona: You should talk. Half the scrapes we got into were your fault.
Granny: Well, if you hadn’t tried to outdo me in everything, then I wouldn’t have gotten so angry.
Fiona: I can’t help it I’m gifted and you’re not.
Kari: Calm down, ladies, before you wind up in the hospital. Did you ever think about Sunny and the stressful situation you put her in?
Granny: Poor dear. Trying to keep us out of trouble became a full-time job for her.
Fiona: Poor Detective Stone. All he wanted was to go on a real date, but trying to clear our names put a wedge right between them.
Granny: Poor Morty. I don’t think he’ll ever be the same after you knitting him booties for goodness sake.
Fiona: Poor me. I’ll never be the same after he terrorized me. And you putting those god awful bowties on him didn’t help.
Kari: I hope you two have learned your lesson and plan to stay out of any more trouble. It’s exhausting writing your stories.
Granny: No worries, dear. There’s a cookie for exhaustion, you know. Why, there’s a cookie for pretty much everything.
Fiona: Or a pie. Lemon Meringue is my specialty. I find most people prefer pie to cookies.
Granny: And I find most people prefer me to you.
Fiona: Maybe in your own little dream world.
Kari: Something tells me you two will never change.
Granny & Fiona together: Now where would the fun in that be?

TROUBLE IN THE TAROT (book 3 of the Fortune Teller Mysteries – March 5, 2013)
For psychic Sunshine Meadows, sometimes fortunes can be deceiving…
Lately Sunny has been experiencing a period of big opportunity: her business in Divinity, New York, is thriving, and Detective Mitch Stone has finally agreed to take Sunny on a date. But thanks to her clairvoyant abilities, Sunny knows better than anyone that life deals out bad cards along with the good.
When Sunny agrees to read tarot cards at the annual summer Solstice Carnival, she meets her Granny Gert’s “arch nemesis” Fiona Atwater, and is overcome by a vision of Fiona in a violent argument. Sunny knows trouble is brewing when Granny and Fiona start having squabbles all over town. But the fighting comes to a head when a local baker gets run over by a big white Cadillac—and Granny and Fiona are found at the crime scene.
Sunny knows she should step aside and let Mitch handle the investigating, but she’s not about to ignore her visions and leave her granny’s life in fate’s hands…
