A friend of mine’s coworker share one of her recipes with us today.

Buffalo Chicken Dip

2 Cups diced cooked chicken
¾ cup lite blue cheese or ranch dressing
¾ cup shredded cheddar cheese
8 oz softened lite cream cheese
4-6-oz Crystal Red Hot Sauce
Mix all ingredients together and bake 25-30 mins
@ 350.
Serve with celery, Frito’s scoops or Melba toast
